Rescuing a Golden Retriever from Abuse: An Inspiring Story of Love and Compassion

This poor puppy had a Bali owner, but he was in such awful shape that his owner agreed to relinquish him up, which he did, thank goodness. Bobby is a golden retriever, but it was impossible to tell because huge parts of fur were missing from his skin.

Bobby was brought to the vet, where he was diagnosed with a painful skin illness and a blood parasite, giving his frail appearance. This sweet kid was placed in foster care, where his foster mother worked to help him gain weight.

Bobby was in awful condition when he was rescued from his negligent owner.

His fur gradually began to regrow, and he began to resemble the lovely golden retriever he was supposed to be. Bobby’s skin problem, on the other hand, never fully recovered, and he still suffers today.

This is due to the fact that many western breed dogs are inappropriate for the Bali environment. While the weather is comfortable for people, it can be excessively hot, harsh, and humid for puppies, creating a breeding environment for infections. The native Bali dog is a tough breed that has evolved over the years.

Finally, the owner decided to commit Bobby’s care to specialists in order for him to be properly cared for.

A blood parasite and a serious and uncomfortable skin illness were identified in the unfortunate pup.

Bobby was then adopted by a lovely family.

Bobby was adopted by a wonderful woman who lived near the shore and soon found his everlasting home! He can now be found sprinting around the Bali dunes, tail wagging and joyful as can be.

At his forever home, he began his long journey to rehabilitation.

He gradually recovered his health as the months passed.

Finally, he became the lovely golden retriever he was born to be.
